Instead of writing something creative, they rely on large, bold print and the overuse of exclamation points to get attention for their headlines. Good headlines practically force your readers to keep reading, make them open to what you are going to say and prepare them for your pitch. And all of this has to be accomplished in one sentence. I read Tell No One by Harlan Coben several months ago and remembered liking his writing style when I saw No Second Chance on the library shelves. Harlan is a very good writer who knows how to draw you in and keep you interested with twists and turns in the plot, but the ending of Tell No One lacked the punch that I expected and hoped for as I approached the final chapters.

Their self-funded health plan trust encompassed 14,000 personnel who’re spread out over at least seventy US locations and a minimum of 10 international locales. The populace had been separated in half with somewhere around fifty percent of the members assigned to government contracts and fifty percent to commercial. The medical plan was facing DCAA direction in order to segregate the trust resources into distinct government and private accounts, had no reliable claims experience, had been experiencing astonishing massive claim expenses, as well as had been projecting a 2.1 million dollar shortcoming on twelve million dollars in claims.

Once the resources were segregated the balance inside the federal government area of the trust began to deplete at an escalating rate. Exploration of the cause led to various areas of concern. Initially, the private side of the trust had surprisingly been subsidizing the federal and the federal population appeared to possess a greater risk profile. Secondly, 31 specific claimants accounted for 39.4% of the annual claim experience in 2003. Two unique claimants accounted for 8% of the plan’s total annual claims increase. Over the same time frame, individual claims in the $20-49K range had elevated by 61%. All these issues ran JCWS’s average claims fees 24% above their TPA’s book of business. This was a inappropriate rate for virtually any group to face.
